Amazing Mom Contest Rules:
1. Eligibility: Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Timing: The Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 20, 2010, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 8, 2010 (the Promotion Period).
3. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, send an email to promotions@paoo.biz along with a brief note explaining why your mother is amazing (in 75 words or less). Registration is free, no purchase necessary. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
4. Drawings: The selection of the winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. We will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received, on or around May 9, 2010. Winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign and return, within ten (15) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility (including social security) and Release in order to claim his/her prize. If winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return paperwork, the winner forfeits prize. In the event the winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits, we will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The winner who meets all of the eligibility requirements, are verified, and have fully complied with these rules, will receive the prizes within eight (8) to ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Contest.
5. Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $500.00 Paoo gift certificate. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.00 Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Gift Certificate excludes the MariaEugenio Children's Line. Odds of winning a Contest prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the corresponding drawing period.
6. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
